Class Description: Love to sew? Ready to try something new? Join Carrie for the ByAnnie Project Club, a monthly sewing adventure where you’ll create stylish, practical bags while learning techniques that give your projects a professional finish.
Whether you’re new to bag-making or an experienced sewist looking to sharpen your skills, each project will take you step-by-step from cutting to finishing. You’ll learn new techniques, discover clever construction tricks, and—best of all—go home with something you’ll actually use!
This is an ongoing monthly class held on the 4th Wednesday of each month, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

November Project: Piecekeeper Project Bag
We’ll kick off the club on November 25th with the Piecekeeper Project Bag—a fun, beginner-friendly introduction to ByAnnie bag-making!
Skills learned:
Quilting Techniques: Learn how to sew fabric to Soft and Stable foam stabilizer.
Zipper Installation: Master a single-slide handbag zipper and create a handy mesh zipper pocket.
Binding & Finishing: Learn techniques for rounding corners and applying bias binding for a polished finish.
Handle Creation: Make and attach a simple, sturdy interfaced fabric handle.
Professional Bag-Making Techniques: Learn the tricks and techniques that make ByAnnie bags both beautiful and functional.

Coordinating thread, Wonder Clips, marking pen, and standard sewing tools (pins, seam ripper, scissors, etc.), including a rotary cutter and ruler
